Well, what exactly do mods classify as "relevant"? I, personally, think relevant things would be questions about the thread or changes to make it better. Maybe some interesting comments to spice it up or something, but I'm pretty sure there are a couple of threads like this already. I don't really know what this necro would classify as, just stating some random poop that popped up in my head.

I guess it's all up to the moderators' decision on what's relevant or not. Like a "Get well soon," something regarding an update, or something that's legitimately irrelevant could be necroed and locked. But posts that can still be up for discussion like the off-topic threads such as this one, forum games, or updating threads like clans or maps could be necroed and not be locked.

Besides, the reason why people make new threads is because these die out and become buried, but some members who are digging through threads or haven't been on in a while and finding this in their alert bar will immediately contribute to the discussion without thought.

In short, if the thread is still up for discussion, it is relevant. debate team son!
