Yay 1000 posts.
I can officially say that this is the end of my spam posts in forum games Brandon6895
Now for My MCSG story J
Now this may not be the most interesting story, but its one that I felt I should share for my 1000th post.
It all started in August/September 2012, when Aidanthepoke and Manos would play MineZ in our chess time during sport. Then after a while we got bored of playing MineZ so we tried out Official Minecraft Survival Games. We were the worst PVP’s you could think of. Oh yeah, this is back when I used to play on DaveP_7 (dat ratio doe).
Although we were the worst pvpers we would have tons of fun. What makes me sad is that we qould get 3 bars on US and be the noobiest noobs there were .
Anyway, come around to the new year of 2013 and Kosta (Manos) and I were getting alright (5 wins). We figured out that there were AU servers that we could play on and that we would get ~30ms. We used to get home every day from school and play MCSG.
Along the way, I met some people like N4T10 (banned now I think) and I realised that some people from school played it.
Now jump to around June 2013 and I had around 50 wins (yes, nooby I know, but swag). I start playing more competitively and start trying to get more wins. Eventually I start getting decent and get around a win a day ( I thought I was a pro). Kosta and I would play and play, much to our parents dislike. Ohwell, we found MCSG fun and kept playing.
Alright, this is the time when I start getting better than average and start using a hot-bar layout. Come September and I had around 97 wins. I would stay on this for agesssssssssssss. I stopped playing for about a week due to frustration, and actually went outside for a bit.
October 19 2013 marks the day I became mod. Oh yeah I’d bought my new account (Revengefull. Much better name now ). I was so stoked that I had become mod, and I thought that I would never resign. Ever.
I had tons of fun as mod, and I started to talk to people more such as Blakige, LadyOfLove, Bowser52000 etc. It was a blast.
Fast forward 3 months and I feel that it is my day to resign. I had a blast as mod, but I wanted to focus more on my studies at school this year. I didn’t quit in-game though, I just wanted to play like a regular player and wanted to just generally focus on school.
Through my time as mod, I reached my goal to get a 10% ratio, 200 wins and get a Gaming mouse (Razer Deathadder).
Now we have reached here, and I am still loving MCSG; in-game and on the forums. Im not that active on teamspeak, but I will go on occasionally when I feel the need to.
I guess that’s its, uhm, heres a few mentions I guess J
