wrong place, please post in the report abuse thread. Also, you usually need video evidence for a hacker, or a screenshot of them admitting to hacking. This does not cut it as the name does not match the one in the conversation. Oh, and this doesn't look like skype to me, I really hope you are not trying to get someone banned.

Reporting hackers requires video evidence, screenshots aren't enough. Also this should go in the 'Report Abuse' section, hack reports just clog up the community corner.
