I once completely broke it XD When I was playing with some friends in Teamspeak, one of my friends told me he was stuck in the lava trap in the second chest in the button thingy. When I tried putting the password, I pressed the first button. The doors opened, I rushed it, it broke, and I was locked in to the double tier 1 (while the other exit was broken too) XD
