Although he may be annoying you, and they can tell him to stop, deleting his posts and you getting angry isn't needed.

As an ex-mod, i've dealt with a lot of this. First of all,

-This isn't your thread, so it's not really your say.
-You're the only one who's asked him to stop. Nobody else seems to have not liked his posts yet.
-You really can't 'ban' somebody from a thread.
-While he may be annoying you, he's not saying anything derogatory or degrading.
-No forum rules seem to be broken.

I'd say just wait, if he doesn't stop, THEN call a mod in.

I asked him three times to stop and I am an officer in this clan and he is saying so many drug terms I can't count. I'm pretty sure he should leave.

I personally don't joke around with drugs. I have many personal things that have happened in my life regarding around drugs. I have known two very close people that have ruined there whole life due to drugs. I am not going to let someone talk about that as a joke and say its a good thing to do. Also I found that disrespectful and unneeded. I'm very grumpy right now but I do have opinions.
Edit: I seriously can't believe how people see what he is saying as ok. I'm shocked. And to kristie, I definitely have the right to tell someone to stop making drug terms. I am a pretty high rank on this thread and even if it wasn't my own thread I would make these comments.
