This is the wrong place to post that, please create a new thread here:

And use the template found here:

Concerning the thread itself:
I do think that an incentive for reporting hackers would be nice. However, as was already brought up by RC, there would be many more "hackusations," bickering, and false reports, etc.
So, I believe that if this was implemented, then there should be a slight punishment for having a false report.
One example would be that if someone reported an obviously innocent player, then they would have, say, 100 points taken away. It's nothing that can't be earned back, but it does mean the difference between perhaps a piece of raw porkchop and an enderpearl.
However, if the video showed that the person
was indeed suspicious, but the evidence simply was not enough to convict them, then there was no punishment.
And, of course, maybe 100-500 points for a successful report. It won't put you way ahead of the game like a stone sword right at the beginning of the game might, but it can make you feel better, and also you can be a nice guy and sponsor your friends more!
Or, as was mentioned above by Salamancer, a credit that goes towards a donor rank. Every successful report you make, you get 1 credit. At 50 or 100 credits, you can get Iron Donor for 1 month. At 300 credits, Gold. At 500 or 750 or 1000 credits, maybe even Diamond?!?! :O (A Gift Code or something, so you can gift it to a friend if you want.)
Additionally, if you make a false report, you get 1 or even 2 credits taken away, or perhaps a percentage such as 1% of your credits. This will make it much harder for people to spam reports, and will give a punishment (Or at least a risk) for doing so. And thus, it will also be tougher for people to achieve those donor ranks, which normally need to be paid for. This way, instead of paying money the person pays with their time and dedication to help
(Also if Mods were able to do this, it would be like a payment for doing their job, since staff members don't get paid to be staff.)
