Could i get a list of people who can approve mod applications im just curious.

Its somewhere on the forums.. As a 'mod' you have to know were to look and not to do it the easy way.

Senior Staff, look at the application and remove the ones which can;t be accepted, then if they see one that sparks that pass it over to c4.

I know, they passed mine up i want to know all the people who can except it from there on in.

As has already been said, Senior Mods and above can accept applications. If yours was rejected, or passed up as you say, then it won't be accepted. It will have been rejected for a reason, hence there's no point trying to go higher up when you'll get the same answer for the same reason.
