Can't push 3 buttons at once, in Minecraft.

I have seen others (in videos) hold TAB while Sprint jumping (W and Space). For some odd reason my game won't let me do this, it will only allow two buttons at one time. EX. Sprint jumping, or holding tab and sprinting.
I checked options and controls, to no avail. If anyone knows how to do this (or set this up) it would be greatly appreciated!

PS. I know this may be a "nooby" question, but don't comment "Lol NOOB" or "Wow you're so stupid..." It really isn't necessary.

I think it also depends on the button you have it set to. I can't sprint jump and zoom because my zoom button is x.

I can sprint, jump, zoom, and F5 at the same time. I don't know what your problem would be.. maybe it's just your keyboard :C

It's your keyboard you might need to upgrade it, usually standard keyboards get confused when there is more than 2 keys being pressed I have the same problem, this is why some MCSG'ers use scroll instead of hotkeying.

For me it feels like I can't use 3 at once that are very close. Farther spread keys work for me.

In all honesty, what the people are saying about your keyboard is probably the issue.
All keyboards have a certain amount of rollover, which is basically how many individual keys can be pressed down at once, and still be read precisely with good timing and accuracy. For instance, the gaming keyboard that I intend to buy in the future has a ten key rollover, which sounds amazing.
