This is some decent advice. Ive got 1500 subs, and you inspired me to make a video on improving your gaming channel . I will post the link here when I finish editing. If you like I could also give you a shoutout, and link your channel in the description?
I don't really do youtube and stuff like that, you don't have to give me a shoutout or anything since everyone could do this :). Have a lovely day. Anyways, the video is private :3

I apologize. I forgot I used some copyrighted stuff in it. After re-watching the vid, I used some of Ahrix's Music. And since im partnered, I can be sued for it. So i made it private. I will make another vid l8r 2day giving u a shout out :)

Personally, My advice is this 1. Always have a topic to talk about, keeps ur viewers entertained
2. Have good and fluent speech
3. Use intros and outros.
4. Have a good maturity level, dont sound like a little kid
5. If your gonna record the same map twice, dont do the same thing. Viewers dont like watching a same/similair episode twice.
6. Use a custom banners/thumbnails, dont copy off google images.
7. Try to use a face cam
8. RECORD IN AT LEAST 720P
9. Be at least decent at pvp

Hope this helps :)

actually if you want you can record with me :3 i mean it will help ur channel
Please don't triple post, you can edit your post if you want to add stuff.

Also, I would recommend doing something new or different. There are 1000s of Survival Games youtubers out there, but the only really successful ones are those who started recording on servers like MCSG when they first came out. Find a game mode or a server that not many people/no people make videos of, then make videos of it. It will make your channel stand out and if that gamemode/server becomes popular, it will boost your subs even more.

Another thing to consider is making long videos. You may not think this is important, but watch from 2:56 to 8:32 of this video, and you should see why long videos boost your channel.

Conclusion: New stuff will bring people in, long videos will keep them there and make sure your channel gets promoted.

You should also bear in mind your character, skill level and other stuff, but I'm no expert, so you'll have to come up with that on your own.

Well just right off the bat, you could use some improved thumbnails. They look a bit bland and plain, but trust me, they can really help draw user's attention to your videos. And DON'T play Mini-Games. Get a decent fan base of MCSG players, and branch out to other game modes when you think it is appropriate.

Yeah, I just quickly make my thumbnails but I need a thumbnail to re-use over and over and I don't plan on playing mini-games because none of them really entertain that much.

So first of all you should try to upload videos daily or atleast every two days. I know it's hard to make it but i think you can do it!
Also I think you should try to get some friends who are making youtube videos too to record with you, so the videos will be more funny to watch and you should make different series. For Example: MCSG, Chestroutes and more things :)
Hope I helped you out!
