D I think the owner made a new clan at the same time of asking you to unlock this one. So now he is the proud owner of two threads you might want to talk to him to see which one he is going to keep. Probably the new one though. I'd lock this one until asked otherwise.

Right now, I believe he is still making up his mind. Honestly I would go with the new one because its more organized, but ya know.
