its because, if he's leaving for another network, people will no longer see Jess on MCSG. It's sort of like a goodbye thread, which it is. jess wanted to say goodbye, and he gave a reason for it, which is that he switched to hive.

Jess left for hive most likely because he wouldn't be able to be active on both communities as much as he wants to. some people can only spend so much time on games, and they want to spend more time to the community they have decided to become dedicated to.

But she isn't actually leaving anything, and you don't need to dedicate yourself to only one server. I think it's silly to make a goodbye thread for that.
