Hi everyone! I'd just like to take a moment and share my PvP tactic with you. I thought it would be a great thing to do because about 2 months ago I was horrible and I had a break through. lol Anyway, here we go.

Before I get into anything too extreme, you need to have a mouse. I have a cheap $20 mouse that is wireless and it lags but when I scroll it clicks so I know where I am in my hotbar. This is a must have. I used to just use my track pad but to be honest you won't be getting any better by using that. Unfortunately, thats just how it has to be.

Hot Bar:

First Slot: Fishing Rod

Second Slot: Golden Apple

Third Slot: Arrows

Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Slot: Fooood (Steak, Pork chops, Bread are the best for saturation in my opinion.)

Seventh Slot: Flint and Steel

Eighth Slot: Bow

Ninth Slot: Sword

I have my items in this order so then I can switch from fishing rod and sword easily and I also have easy access to my bow.

In-Game Tactic (Opponent is Stacked)

1. Get at least 5 bow shots at medium power.

2. If the opponent is chasing you, try to set them on fire.

3. Fishing rod them for the knock back and go in for the kill.

In-Game Tactic (Opponent won't stop running)

1. Try to get them with your bow a few times.

2. When they start swerving it will make them stop progressing so fast so just keep running straight.

3. Fishing rod them into a wall or any object and go in for the kill.

In-Game Tactic (Team of Two)

1. Start with long range bow shots.

2. When they get closer try to keep getting more bow shots.

3. If they get really close run and get them on fire.

4. Try to get them to split up so you can just focus on one of your opponents.

5. Run in between trees and/or buildings to break their sprint.

Note: I haven't faced many teams but when I have killed a team that is what I did.

Death Match Tactic #1

1. Keep running and don't stop. The other two have to fight at sometime.

2. Once it is down to you and the other player go right in for the kill. They will be distracted because they are low.

3. You win! :D

Death Match Tactic #2

1. Get as many flint and steels as you have and just keep setting fire everywhere.

2. Either they will try to put it out or dodge it.

3. Try to hit them into the fire with bow shots or your fishing rod.

4. Once you think they are low, go in for the kill with your sword.

Like I said before, my tactics may not work all of the time but this is what I do. :D If you have any other tips for me that would be great! Also, none of my tactics will work with leather armor unless you're amazing. :p

Survival games has so many variables. How are you able to do all these steps all the time? Your moves should be dependent on your opponent, not your plan.

This is just a guide that I use to help me if I'm in trouble.
