Headphone/Speaker Problems (please help!)

For some reason, my computer plays audio through both my headphones and speakers. I don't know what the problem is, and nothing I've found online has been helpful at all.

If you think you can help, please do, because this has been bugging me for ages now ;-;

Unplug your speakers

Make sure you have the playback set on the correct ones.. If not, like Toeman said, unplug the speakers. You don't need them.
