Hello everyone! ZombiePigThang here.
I just wanted to point out that in a lot of MCGamer youtube videos I watch, Mainly MCSG, I notice that some people aren't really smart about how they eat their food available to them. A normal person wouldn't normally notice this, or even care! I Just wanted to make a thread to teach you how to eat smart

Hunger level VS Saturation
Players have two different food statistics, only one of which can be seen, The hunger level (visible), and the saturation level (invisible).
The saturation level is an invisible statistic. Saturation is the first statistic to decrease when a player performs energy-intensive actions, such as: running, Jumping, Swinging sword... and it must be completely depleted before the visible hunger meter begins decreasing. You can tell that your saturation level is completely depleted if the visible hunger meter begins "Jittering" or "Wiggling".
How much Food Saturataion + Hunger bar?
So to try and keep this simple, I'm gonna create a list organizing the best food to eat VS the worst food to eat. It will also include the saturation level (invisible), and how much hunger (visible) it refills.
It should look like this (Example)
<food item>
<Saturation amount>
<Refilled hunger>

TIPS:
- Only eat/place a cake if you are being chased by somebody. As you can eat it instantly
- Right before a battle/long chase, Eat a high saturation item so you won't need to eat as much.
- Fence eating is LEGAL + AMAZING. While holding food, right click on a fencepost (netherbrick or wood) and keep running. This is a
Minecraft*Bukkit (Thanks FPSFGaming )glitch, not an MCSG glitch so it's perfectly legal.
Have any tips for me to add? Comment I'll add it while giving you credit
