Quake Pro or 80 to around 90. I also do recommend normal as that can give you good accuracy and you know where they are 100% all the time.

Not really. Sure, if you're not used to it then don't use it but that's a good FOV if you want good accuracy on where your player you're fighting is at. It'll take a while to get used to but in the end it'll just feel like a normal FOV to you
