I'm happy for advice for my channel, just click the image in my signature. Please don't mention the quality of my videos, I render and record at a lower quality so my videos upload quicker, it takes me over 2 hours to upload a video at the moment.

If you use fraps, make sure you have "record Win7 sound" ticked ON
