Winning Title.

I was watching a CaptainSparklez Snapshot coverage video, and thought of a very cool idea involving the new "Title/Subtitle" feature. If you were to win the game, it would say on the title for you, and spectators, that you had one
ex: (title) "Branbob83" (subtitle) "Has won the Survival Games!"
