The staff are "doing something" Their lives aren't dedicated to MCG, they have REAL lives as well. They try their best to fix any bugs but as no staff are aware how the point glitch is done, they will struggle to fix it. As for hackers, unless the community reports them, there's not much else that the staff can do. We already have anti-cheat but hackers still find away through it.
