Why can't I kick PUBLIC players if I have the rank Iron?

Hi, hupadhyaya here!

I was wondering, since I donated to the server, I read on the website that iron ranks are able to kick players. This was needed when a player was spamming the other day. I typed the correct command and there was an error message implying that I had an 'Insufficient Rank' when on the website it clearly states I have the ability to do so. The player WAS a public player and had no other rank. Please can you help!

They don't... When they say "Kick players", it means they can join full games and kick a lower rank out of the lobby.

You cannot kick people from the lobby, You can join full servers which kicks a regular player from the lobby.

You don't actually have the ability to kick players, unless you are a staff member. You are however able to join full games, and kick the player that joined last to open up a slot for you.
