Closed Where is the Lighthouse Hub Parkour?

I have seen several players on the forums with achievements for completing this Lighthouse parkour in their signature. I have searched nearly the whole hub map, looking for it, although I can not find it! Can someone please give me coordinates, or some relative location to where it is?
