What mods are allowed on the MCGamer Network?

Hello my name is Nonfictions and I have a question I've been wanting to ask.

What mods are actually allowed on the MCGamer Network (MCSG)?
All I know of is Optifine, shaders and the compass mod thing

Please leave comments of what mods are know are accepted on the server
