My friend recently has been banned from this thing called chargeback witch we don't know what that is? can u plz tell me why he was banned and whats chargeback? plz any mods hes username : Darkblade0916 reply back as fast as u can

Also, chargeback means you buy a rank, and you chargeback the money, so you have your rank, but you charged back the money, so if you do this you will get banned.

Did your friend happen to buy donor, or did someone else buy it for him? If your friend wants to get unbanned, he is going to have to pay the $20 chargeback fee that MCSG has to pay every time someone charges something back. If he didn't buy donor or charge anything back, try talking to some sr. staff about it. PM them on the forums and message them on teamspeak.
