What banned!?

I did a Chest glitch. But it is not a Hack. So you should not be subjected to a permanent ban. But why do I have been a permanent ban? BAN against one week BAN that MCSG of Chest glitch I will receive. But I think it is good sweets being BAN in you have not despite Hack using the Hack.
