Vote for what map to play // Better items at the corn

I have 2 good suggestions that would make mcsg alot better.
1. Make it so that you can vote for witch map to play on or lets us know what map is going to be played next.

2.Put better items in the corn like iron weapons and more food and armor. I have stopped going to the corn because all i get is maps and sticks and maybe even an apple or 2.

Please comment on this telling me how your feel about these suggestions.
