Vote cool down time.

Since the beta ended and voting was introduced, all I've played was map 1. I love both maps, but 1 can still get boring after playing it 5+ times in a row. So, I suggest a cool down time. If the same map is voted for 3 games in a row on the same server, the other map is selected instantly for 1 game, then voting is re-enabled.

The voting system was introduced to please the majority. If the majority want to play map 1, then that's what everyone plays. That's how the voting system works.

I agree that the minority wants to play on the 2nd map (I am part of the minority). That is just how corrupt the voting system is. I've played on it once, but NOOO everybody wants map 1. They won't add a cool down.

When we add in more community maps, I am sure people will be trying new maps.
