Video Lag

I use OBS to record, and I don't lag in game, but when I go back to watch it; there is lag. Example:

Make sure your recording your video and rendering the video in the same frames

The same thing happened to me with OBS, I couldn't fix it so I changed to Camtasia.

Settings > Encoding > Max Bitrate
Set your Max Bitrate to something over 1000. Mine is at 1200.

Make sure that your video FPS is above 20, preferably at 30. Depending on your computer's capabilities.

Overall, go through a few OBS Recording Tutorials on YouTube, and check to make sure that your settings are matched up with recommended settings.

Also, perhaps the issue is with play-back and rendering. Make sure that when rendering, you don't do too many other things on your computer at once.
