I would suggest restarting your Minecraft. I get this error once in a while when I play MCG or other servers. If that doesn't work, reboot your computer. Sometimes, it's not Minecraft, but your computer that is the issue. Finally, if none of the above work, reboot your internet. Give it time and it should work.
