When I go to report someone, the Upload a File button is absent. Help please!

Our Minecraft servers are offline but we will keep this forum online for any community communication. Site permissions for posting could change at a later date but will remain online.
Unable to attach files when reporting - please help!

Hey there!
There's actually a much easier way to share images!
Here's how:
- Visit the following site: http://imgur.com/
- Click 'Upload Images' and select your image
- Copy the URL in the search bar once the image has uploaded
- Link the URL in the proof section in your report abuse
And that's it! It's a much easier way for both you, and especially staff members
