Solutions:
1. Use Gravatar. It is a globally recognized avatar website that helps with this issue. Make sure to sign up with the same email address as you used for your forums address. Also, make sure to select the "G" rating once you've uploaded your avatar. Then try to change your profile picture and choose "Use Gravatar". After that, just wait for it to update. 2. If you need your rank on the forums, email [email protected] with the same email you use for your account and provide proof of your purchase.
