Is that a bad bug? It's happened to me in the past, but you simply spawn one block over. Just my opinion on the bug, it doesn't mean it shouldn't be fixed.

It does give the player who spawned on that block a disadvantage :/

Yea, but I don't think its a Turbulence only bug or a spawn that has been set incorrectly, it's just a misplacement that happens to everyone ocasionally.

I can vouch that it does occur on Turbulence (The broken down airport one) - I've had it happen multiple times to me, quite possibly on more than one pedestal.
