Trying to Recover old Creative Plot

About a year ago (August - September) I was very active on the old creative server. I put weeks of effort into my plot, and after weeks of the creative server being down was I disappointed to discover that I could no longer access it. Basically, I would like to find out if there is any way that I can access my old plot. Unfortunately, I cannot find screens of the most finished version of the plot, but I've attached screens of the early stages of construction. Not included in the picture is a large castle in the center, a windmill, and some other structures which were added later.
