We are only able to conduct luxury transfer of ranks under two conditions:
1. The account in question has both a Quantum rank and a lesser lifetime rank associated with it,
2. The account in question has a Moderator rank and a lesser lifetime rank associated with it.

In addition, it might be possible to transfer your donor rank under certain circumstances. However, no mods or senior mods have a say in that. If you wish to know whether you are able to transfer your rank or not, please contact [email protected]

Please allow 5-7 business days for them to respond back to your email.
The support team is a team of hard-working employee's and they are constantly emailing back and forth with other users who have the same question(s) that you do.
