Toned down points when you die

when you get up to the mid 400 range if you get killed by someone just below your rank you lose TONS of points ex) when i was playing on a server and i got killed* i lost 37 points to someone just below 450, that pisses me off. if i got killed by a 50 rating i wouldn't mind losing that many points but losing 37 points to a person whose just under my rank. this needs to be toned down a lot. i know about the 50 lost point cap but seriously?? that's just ridiculous.

sounds logical. The points that decrease should be smaller when killed by someone closer to your rank.
