Hiya,
I am just suggesting the use of a ticket system for players to report bugs, have their questions answerd and genrally get into contact with the right staff members.
I think this would be a good idea because;
1. Players would know their queries have been sent to the right people and will definatly be looked at.
2. Staff will have the questions thay they will be able to answer sent directly to them and will not have to trawl through the forums for them.
Some shortfalls of the ticket system;
1. Players could sometimes direct their questions at the wrong staff group ( this could be overcome by the feature of passing tickets across)
2. You would probably need to spend time making it. ( I dont know the specifics of your site, sorry )
