Thread deletion?

So I made a uhc thread for people to join and have a fun pvp thing going. Someone deleted last night without a warning or anything. I would like to know where in the rules it states i can't post a thread relating to pvp as i've seen tons of UHC's done before me. Also if it was in the wrong section (which is wasn't) it would've just been moved. Any help on why it was deleted?

Do you know who deleted the thread? I believe admins will usually message you if they delete it informing you why.
