The TCP mod

I don't know if this mod is allowed on here but it comes from kohi it is called the TCP mod I believe or no delay mod. It is from kohi and I've been using it frequently on kohi but I don't know if it's allowed on mcsg I haven't used it because I want confirmation if it is allowed, it's a mod that you put into your mods folder and use with forge. It's a ping reducer mod, I feel like I'm getting around 40-60 ping on a server I originally get 100+. Does anyone know if it's allowed? I don't want to use it and get banned without the knowledge of it being allowed or not. But it would really help I get around 80-90 ping on mcsg I think I would probably get 40 if I used it I don't know but once again! Let me know if it's allowed.
