"The Bridges" minigame, what plugins?

Not sure if this is the right place for this question but after asking around and searching for hours for plugins half are either no longer working or not available. So I've been scouring and have not been able to find what plugin(s) are used to make "The Bridges" minigame, I am currently setting up a server for tournaments which include TSG and I also want to include "The Bridges" but I just can not find what is needed to do so. If someone could help me out I would be really happy.

I believe it is a custom plugin, and I do not think you can find it online. You can try this one, but it is experimental and may be outdated.
