MCTF2 was supposedly coming out 3 weeks ago, so I think it will come out soon.

MCTF2v2 is being heavily worked on by Rusty (yay for having another minigame developer! ). There's no positive ETA on when it'll be done, but we're hoping to get it up either before summer or in the early summer.
