Thanks to the new teamspeak option, ive just been up against a 12 man team, which i am far from happy about. Something needs to be done about teams that exceed 4 players.

Nothing does. It's a legitimate strategy that has both its ups and downs. You can easily take down a 12 man team solo with some armor and an iron sword. The items are impossible to distribute among 12 people, and you can easily run in, kill 3 or 4. Run out. So on so forth.
