Hello tributes, if you are new to MCSG or don't know how MCSG works, then this is the right thread for you.
I will guide you through how MCSG or Survival Games works on MCGamer. NOTE: This thread is only for people that don't know how to play or know Survival Games. If you already know how Survival Games works on MCSG, don't bother on commenting if you know how to play. On that note, let's begin!
Points:
Points can keep track on how good you do, or how bad you do. Points can also be listed and shown next to your name. Here is how your points and your name will look like when you talk in that below.
However, when the game starts, your points will not be shown. They will be hidden and not shown until you die or until the game ends. Points can be obtained from killing tributes. If you get killed you lose points. If you kill a tribute you earn points. If you win a game If I'm correct, You earn 20-25 points.
Spectators can spend their points on setting a bounty on other tributes head as shown below.
If the tribute with the bounty wins the game, he will earn 20-25 points and there bountied points. If they die or lose, there killer will claim there bounty and the bounty cannot be claimed again or by there killer.
Spectators can even sponsor other tributes certain items for a chance of survival. To sponsor a player, do /sponsor <player>, and you will be opened into a menu of items you can sponsor. Each item has a cost of points. This is irreversible once you use your points with that item you sponsor. If you sponsor a item that you don't have enough points for. It will not sponsor that item to the player. But you won't lose any points for it.
How to play:
To join a game, simply right click one of the lobby signs in the hub, or use the QuickJoin to be instantly put into a random lobby. When you join a lobby, there is a 2 minute and 30 second timer until the games begin. In this phase, this is when you are waiting for more tributes or contestants to join. Once there is enough players and the timer has run out the games will begin.
PreGame:
Once the lobby ends you will be put into one of the maps that were voted the most or randomly picked. You will have 30 seconds to decide or prepare for the games to begin. You could run for middle and achieve some rare loot. Or you can run away and avoid being targeted off spawn.
LiveGame:
When this phase is reached, you and 23 other tributes will be put into battle and fight against other tributes. The last tribute standing claims victory. Chest come in two tiers. Tier 1 can be found anywhere in open landscapes. Tier 1 contain little gear for starters. Tier 2 can be found at spawn and in traps. Tier 2 contains more rare items. Tier 2 are more valuable and more efficient than Tier 1. So wish your luck if you make it to Deathmatch. All Chest will refill at 17 minutes to Deathmatch and will refill again at 5 minutes to Deathmath. Remember, you have 30 minutes of LiveGame before PreDeathmatch. So we wish you luck if you make it there.
PreDeathmatch:
When 3 tributes remain in the game. A 60 second countdown will begin before this phase is reach. This means you have 1 minute to find more protective gear and more items before Deathmatch begins. When 60 seconds is up, the 3 remaining players will have 10 seconds to load all unrendering chunks and prepare for 1 final math.
Deathmatch:
When deathmatch begins, the 3 tributes will have 3 minutes to fight it out. The last tribute standing claims victory. If 3 minutes runs out and 2-3 tributes remain. The winner be randomly picked by the sponsors of the game.
EndGame:
The winner has revealed himself upon 23 other tributes. Remember that, the winner has risk his life for bravery and freedom and shows his spirit upon 23 tributes and wins it all. If you win it all, you can return home to your family, children, friends, after all he went through. There can only be 1 victor in the Survival Games.
