Ok so as you all know when you get suck with a problem on the MCGamer servers, forums or teamspeak you go to a Moderator or Admin to resolve your issue. Well I believe if Chad had a support team where there would be a tab in the forums, a channel on teamspeak and a command on the servers (like /helpop), the server would run a whole lot smoother. Now I know that there are pros and cons to this idea I can explain what I believe could happen. Firstly Cons: It would take and long time to gather enough players/staff to create a team and it would be to much work to hire more staff, well maybe some of the Administors or Sr. Mods could join the team and do both duties (not all at once but when they aren't busy stopping hackers and hiring mods) but maybe 10 support team members to start off with (around 2 each hub). The Admins would have nothing to do on the server, no not necessarily, they still have to hire staff, build/modify the hub and forum work, they could also become a Support Team member. Pros: It would lighten the load on Admins and help keep MCSG running smooth. Having a support team would mean you don't have to wait ages for a response from a busy Admin/Sr. Mod you just submit a ticket on the forums, if there are any in the teamspeak you send them a request or use a command on the servers. If there are no Helpers? on at the time the message could either be saved for when one does enter the server (build up of messages could be an issue) or it could contact a helper from another server.

They made have blue names like this:
Note: Example Only!
Helper-only:
Krypton360
Sr. Mod Helper:
Krypton360
Admin Helper:
Krypton360 or Krypton360

I don't completely understand what this thread is suggesting, but I generally like the idea. I think it would be cool to have a select few members of the community (I don't think mods+ should be allowed in this, since they already have duties and should be able to read whatever messages are sent to helpers through the /helpop thing anyways) be helpers, just to help people out in the hub or whatever.

Also, if mods+ are allowed to be part of this support team, then I don't think there name should be mixed colours. That just looks out of place and weird, where it could just be an admin anyways.

This sounds like a great idea, and I would think it doesn’t make that big of a difference in game play + the mods won’t have as much stress. (But the new ranked people would get targeted... xD)

Yes I see you point on with the multicoloured names it looks a bit untidy.

Please don't double post. It's frowned upon on the forums because it clutters it up, when you can just reply to multiple people in 1 post instead of 2 (or more).

But then what's the point of having the rank if you're gonna hide it? I understand once in a while, but when you're starting out you should let people find out that you exist if they need help.

Yes but is mid game the right time to be getting help from a Helper? Maybe for a hacker but not for an issue that is unrelated to the game.

Well I don't see why not. It may not be ideal, but it's not like players can control when they'll encounter a support team. But you'd have to disguise in the lobby, meaning you'd be avoiding people there unless you tried to disguise at the last second. If you're gonna be a supporter, be a supporter, don't just try and be one for the rank.

+1, good idea and this would help lighten the load of the Staff who are constantly asking questions. They have lots of work to do anyway, and having this idea could lighten the load off of them quite considerably. Good idea defiantly should be looked at in the future.

with the addition of multiple hubs it is difficult to get a mod to come on a server, so maybe if there was just a command like /getmod or something to alert the mods that you need help and/or you see a hacker on a server.
