Stricter Chat Rules

I think that we all hack spammers and people that use caps locks? Why don't we all then try to make more stricter rules on it. It will greatly decrease the usage of caps and spam. Also, it will allow people to think more carefully to rage in the chat. Maybe I suggest putting a reminder whenever someone joins the server that says something like "Don't spam or caps, or you will be punished."

There is actually a sign in the lobby listing off the rules, and there used to be a book. A warning is a good idea, although with our ever-increasing amount of moderators, they should be online the servers and able to warn, then take action upon players breaking the rules
