Hey there,
If you purchased a Stat Reset and have not received it, make sure to use the "/upgrade 1" command in-game to confirm it.
If that doesn't work, do "/upgrades" to see what options you have.
If you still have not received it within 24 hours, send an email to [email protected] with proof of purchase.

In order to redeem your stats reset, you will need to run the /upgrade # command in-game depending on which reset you want to redeem. In your case, since it would be your first reset, the command will be /upgrade 1. For a second reset, it would be /upgrade 2, and so on and so forth.
If it tells you that you do not have any waiting or available upgrades after running the command, even though you did indeed buy one, then please contact [email protected] with all your Minecraft account details (IGN) and the receipt of your purchase.
