Stat Reset Tokens

Hey MCGamer Network,
Basically I have a question. If my friend buys some stat reset tokens. Is there any possible way he could give one to me? My question is pretty much: Can Stat Reset Tokens be transfered between players in any way?

Unfortunately, players can not transfer stat tokens to another player.
