Let us know if this works for you. It also could take up to 24 or 48 hours sometimes for purchases to register so keep us updated!

Hey there!

First off, when you buy something from the store, it may take up to 24 hours before actually syncing to your Minecraft account.

If it is still not there after 24 hours, please email [email protected] and tell them what is going on. Please make sure to include the proof of purchase (the receipt) so they can validate that you are who you say you are.

If the tokens do go through and they are prevalent on your account, you can activate them two different ways.

Method 1:

1. Join the Minecraft server
2. Scroll over to the gold ingot in your hotbar and right click it.
3. Mouse over to the anvil and simply click on the anvil.
4. Boom, you should be done!

Method 2:

1. Join the Minecraft server
2. Type in /upgrades 1
3. Click on the bow.
4. Boom, you should be done!

Ok so Ive created a guide for stat resets that I'm sure will help you and everyone else that many be experiencing difficulties.

1. First go to the MC GAMER WEBSITE and navigate to the Store. Then find Stat resets. As seen below:

2. Then you want to go ahead and enter your Minecraft/Mojang username in the space provided, like so:

3. Then choose the package you want. There are 4 to choose from:
5 Stats Tokens 5.00 USD Buy
10 Stats Tokens (+2 Bonus Tokens) 10.00 USD Buy
20 Stats Tokens (+5 Bonus Tokens) 20.00 USD Buy
40 Stats Tokens (+14 Bonus Tokens) 40.00 USD
After you have made up your mind. Click buy on the right hand side of the package and then Add to cart. After this process. You will then want to select your payment method. I recommend Paypal , it's fast and easy.

4. Then, after entering your payment information and confirming your payment. You will be asked to wait 5-10 minutes:

5. Once your "time" is up hop onto any one of the MCSG servers and right click with gold ingot. Hover over the anvil in the top left, does it say you have any stat resets? If yes then just click on it and redeem your stat reset! If not, you will have to contact the MCSG support email about your purchase. But wait it out for another few minutes. The MCSG support email is : [email protected] But please wait 24 hours before emailing them.
