I've always wanted this, but there is way too many flaws.

1. What @Lively said, it could be used to harass a player.

2. You could tell someone what gear the other people on the map have.

3. You could tell someone where other people are hiding.

The only practical use would be for telling someone, "gg" if they killed you, and you thought it was a good fight.
