Spiders Attracted to Spectators

I Joined a game in progress and noticed that Spiders were following me no other mob was just spiders I was a spectator this happened on US10 have not tried other servers.

Yes a friend found spider eggs in a dispenser and someone killed us and spawned so many and many of them were attracted to me as I stood around! Thanks
