Spectator Gamemode Features (1.8) implemented.

I feel that when 1.8 is released it would be great that if in spectator we would be able to (just like in the new spectator gamemode) left click on a player and spectate them from a first person perspective. This would be great for: Catching Hackers, Clan Battles and just spectating as a whole.

If this was added then please don't add the noclip from the spectator gamemode because I feel that would be more annoying and make it easier to find hidden areas in maps and the like.

This sounds like quite a nice idea, i'm not too sure how this works so by 1st person, do you mean you can also see their inventory? Or just see the game as they do?

Another thing we don't want from it, is the seeing inventory/health thing.

I am pretty sure its just seeing from their perspective... it may be health though

This is a really good idea, but I think only moderators could be allowed to see first person and the health bar. That way it would be easier for them to catch any hackers and regen hackers, it would be simple. Normal players should not be allowed to see this because they somehow might abuse it.
