Im sure this has been discussed and posted 100 times before but the only thing i have to ask is why not? I see no negatives about it, dose it cause lag or something or is it just frowned upon by the developers

Let's take this : You aren't typing or saying anything. But is constantly using the command /list or /info to see information regarding the server. The plugin would take that as a spam and do the right thing = kick. It can be buggy at times.

More plugins = more lag. Thats why moderators are here, and if you see spam, report it!
