South America servers

Hi! I'm a brazilian player, and I had an idea! If MCSG has so many south america players, wouldn't the idea of hosting an SG server at South America be good?
I have to play with 190ms ping, and this annoys me and lots of other players, so why not take the suggestion?

Problem 1: Is there a data centre large enough to store/run the MCSG servers? Is the bandwith/internet/connection good enough?

Problem 2: Is there enough demand for it? Are the servers being played all the time?
